As your wedding coordinator or event planner, let us relieve you of the tedious details and ensure that you can focus on the occasion without worry. Our resources will assure a smooth trouble free day, evening or longer events. We have agreements with local caterers, bed and breakfast inns, and hotels for multiple day functions.

An example of a beautiful, affordable site for a small wedding is The Creative Thought Center in Waynesville. It is also a lovely setting for renewal of wedding vows and anniversary celebrations. It can accommodate a seated party of 60. The center honors all spiritual paths. Rev. Frank Kish provides a loving, positive ceremony if his services are needed.

Sight seeing tours, day mountain hikes, horseback trail rides through the scenic mountains and white water rafting are just a few activities we can arrange.

We can plan your outdoor events in your choice of settings. An example is the Community Center in Maggie Valley that will accommodate up to 400 guests. Haywood County (Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Clyde, Canton & Bethel) has other wonderful locations, large and small.

Our services include decoration with your preferred colors, your choice of styles, special request foods including all organic items, wine and champagne. In addition to social affairs, we arrange training materials for companies
