Master suite on first floor with king bed, and two bedrooms & bath upstairs. Upstairs has 2 BR's & Bath. with a king in one BR and a queen and bunkbeds in the other. Home sleeps 8. This is a catch and release only with single hook artificial lures from Oct 1 until the first Saturday in June. This section is stocked with 49,000 trout during this time. For those of you who do not fish, enjoy tubing, shopping in Dillsboro or Sylva, or just relaxing in your beautiful mountain home! |

It is an easy drive to the Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah’s Casino, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the Smoky Mountain Railroad, local arts and crafts, local music venues and theaters, museums. |

| This 4 bedroom / 2 bath, house sits in the middle of 3.3 acres of a combination of open yard space and dense forest. The long curving drive sets the tone of solitude as you arrive and provides an excellent stroll though the woods with that first cup of coffee in the morning. Relax on the wrap around front porch or the private upper deck to the sound of the noisy branch that edges the property. Fernglade has a large grass yard, shaded by tall canopy trees, where both children and adults can play. The house is just a short distance off the paved road on a well maintained community road that is not too steep for any car. With its easy access to the highway, just a couple of miles away, going to Dillsboro or any of the nearby attractions is a breeze. |
